1. Information We Collect

Lzy Learn Spanish is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:

Local Data (stored on your device only):

• Display name entered during onboarding
• Learning progress including completed lessons, quiz scores, XP, and streaks
• App preferences such as pronunciation hints, daily goal, and sound settings
• Saved vocabulary words in your personal word vault

This data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

2. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

AI Chat and Voice (Google Gemini)

When you use the AI chat feature, your text messages and voice audio are sent to Google Gemini to generate responses. Voice audio is streamed in real-time to Google Gemini Live for conversational practice. Audio is processed on Google's servers and is not stored by us. Text messages are sent to Google Gemini for chat responses, dictionary lookups, and text-to-speech generation. No conversation data, text, or audio is stored on our servers. Google's privacy practices are governed by their privacy policy.

RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat processes your subscription status and transaction data through Apple's App Store. RevenueCat's privacy practices are governed by their privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

YouTube

The app links to publicly available YouTube videos for educational content. When you watch a video, YouTube's privacy policy applies. We do not track your YouTube viewing activity.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal information such as email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.
• We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs.
• We do not serve advertisements.
• We do not sell or share any user data with third parties.

4. Children's Privacy

Lzy Learn Spanish does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app stores all learning data locally on the device.

5. Data Storage and Security

All user data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store user data. If you delete the app, all local data is permanently removed.

6. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it:

• To view your data: Check your profile and settings within the app.
• To delete your data: Use the "Reset All Progress" option in Settings, or delete the app.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
